To be considered for casual employment with us during harvest, you will need to:

• Be available to commence work with us for the entire harvest period from December 2022 through to April 2023. Be available for day or night shifts up to 12 hours, up to 7 days a week including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays on a roster.
• Be capable and willing to work in a busy environment. Due to the high physical demands of these positions and regular periods of hot weather workers will need to be physically fit and self-motivated.
• Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, New Zealand citizen or hold a valid work visa and be able to provide evidence of your right to work.

Rombola Family Farms has a great opportunity for a passionate and driven Harvest Supervisor to join our team in Griffith NSW. 

Reporting to the Harvest Manager, the Harvest Supervisor will play a key role to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of harvest activities.  The focus of this role is to supervise and coordinate the fruit picking teams, to ensure the harvest is completed to the required standards.

The Agronomist is a key support to the agronomy team and will assist with pest monitoring, field trials, and help manage assessments.
